May 2007 v1.8.0
---------------
The RMSv1 client has undergone a complete code rewrite. There are two reasons for this.

1)The introduction of Windows Vista. The old client software was brutal to install on
Vista, outdated dll's, having to reboot the computer after installation, general
compatibility issues.

2)The old client software was written in Visual Basic 6. Outdated and bloated.

General Notes:
--------------
The new client software was coded by Dan Pattison in 100% Win32 assembly language.
The new client software is lean and mean with a much smaller footprint.
The new package comes with an installer for your convenience, but only the exe is needed.
The new client software has an Access Data Base embedded into it that gets extracted on first run.
The new database is not compatible with the old database.

Windows Vista Notes:
--------------------
When you run RMSv1 on Vista machines, it must be done with administrator privileges
so the database can be created and edited. After your database is setup, you can run
RMSv1.80 in normal mode. If you need to add, edit, or delete ip's from the database,
you will need to run with administrator privileges again.
